Privacy

ROM keeps one list: people who asked to be told when the first drop opens. Nothing else is collected, and nothing is sold or shared.

What is stored

• Your email address
• The date and the exact sentence you agreed to
• A salted hash of your IP address — enough to spot abuse, not enough to identify you
• Your browser's user agent

Why

To send you one notice when the first drop opens. That is the whole purpose.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you submitted the form. You can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawing is as easy as giving it.

How long

Until you leave the list, or 24 months without a single email being sent — whichever comes first.

Who else sees it

Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this page and the database, acting as a processor on our instructions. No one else.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. Write to geral@wearrom.com and it is handled. Every email we send carries a one-click link that deletes your record outright — not a flag, an actual deletion.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, the CNPD.
